Club Carva membership terms

1. Who runs the club

Club Carva is run by Cafe Carva Limited, company number 16163696, registered office 85 Newman Square, Shirley, Solihull, B90 4DZ. Contact us at hola@cafecarva.com.

2. Joining

• Membership is free. It is not a subscription: nothing is charged or sent unless you place an order.
• You must be 18 or over and live in the UK.
• One membership per person. Please give accurate details.
• Your membership starts when you confirm your email address. Your member number is given in the order members confirm.

3. What members get

• A member number and a digital member card.
• The date of each drop before it is announced publicly, by email, if you agreed to receive emails.
• A members-only window to order each drop before anyone else.
• 10% off for life, as described in section 4.

4. The 10% lifetime discount

• 10% off the price of coffee you buy from cafecarva.com while signed in as a member, or with your member code.
• It does not apply to delivery charges or gift cards, and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless we say so.
• “For life” means for as long as you are a member and Club Carva exists. If we ever close the club, we will give members at least 60 days’ notice by email.
• The discount is personal and cannot be exchanged for cash or passed on.

5. Drops

• Drops are small batches. When a drop sells out, it is gone.
• The members-only window gives you first access, not a guaranteed bag. Orders are first come, first served.
• We may limit how many bags each member can order, so more members get some.
• Buying coffee is covered by our terms of sale, which will be published before the first drop.

6. Leaving the club

You can leave at any time with the “Manage your membership” link in your welcome email, or by emailing us. You can stop drop emails with the unsubscribe link in any of them, and stay a member. We may end a membership that is fake, duplicated, or used to resell drops, and will tell you if we do.

7. Changes to these terms

We’ll email members about any important change at least 30 days before it applies.

8. Your rights and the law

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. How we handle your data is explained in our privacy notice.
